Plutonus

Approach AI-native, deliberately directed

Premise 01 / Responsibility

AI-native, deliberately directed

More reach. Clear responsibility.

AI systems are Plutonus’s primary production environment. They extend what one studio can research, design, build, test and produce. I set the direction, define the constraints, review the work and remain responsible for the result.

The tools may change. That division of responsibility should not.

Operating thesis 02 / Leverage + control

Leverage becomes useful when control stays explicit.

01 / Leverage

Broader production surface

AI widens the practical production surface and shortens the distance between exploration, implementation and evidence.

02 / Control

Human-owned decisions

Goals, constraints, task boundaries, acceptance decisions and accountability remain human-owned.

Control points 03 / What stays deliberate

Generated work is not treated as automatically correct.

The workflow stays inspectable through a small number of explicit control points.

  1. 01

    Direction

Define the intended outcome, relevant context and constraints before execution.

  2. 02

    Boundaries

Limit each task so the system knows what it may change and what it must leave alone.

  3. 03

    Review

Inspect decisions and changes; correct drift before it becomes the product.

  4. 04

    Evidence

Test or validate in proportion to risk, complexity and expected life.

  5. 05

    Decision

One human decides what is accepted, what is delivered and what still needs work.

Production surface 04 / Breadth

One operating model. Different forms of production.

The same directed workflow can move between software and products, websites and interactive experiences, internal tools and automation, and procedural visual work. The disciplines are different; the responsibility model is not.

  • 01

    Software & product builds

  • 02

    Websites & digital experiences

  • 03

    Internal tools & automation

  • 04

    Procedural / AI-native motion & visuals

Deeper layer 05 / Current environment

Tools change. The operating principles should not.

Plutonus leads with outcomes, not a catalogue of tools. The current production environment combines research and synthesis, repository-local implementation, specialist production and purpose-built studio tooling.

Current examples
  • ChatGPT

    research, planning, review and synthesis

  • Codex

    repository-local implementation, tests and validation

  • Specialist and local models

    narrow production tasks

  • Studio-built tools

bounded workspace access, incremental review and media production

When an existing workflow becomes a constraint, the studio may build the missing tooling.

Responsibility 06 / Outcome

AI participates in the work. It does not own the outcome.

I decide what is accepted, what must be corrected, what evidence is enough and what is delivered.
