A public, open-source developer-tool experiment built beyond the idea stage: campaign execution, mutation, evaluation, deduplicating triage and inspectable artifacts in a packaged command-line structure.
It is implemented and public; its future direction remains under exploration.

A functional multilingual hospitality-menu prototype, including a public menu and a focused admin workflow for price, availability and visibility changes.
A functional proposal prototype developed for a real sales opportunity; it did not become a paid or deployed client project.
Research systems 04 / Selected R&D
Both became working systems. RunMirror is now dormant, while SEF Preflight is archived.
Controlled AI-assisted execution with explicit state, human approval boundaries, atomic effects and adversarial testing.
A substantial Serbian e-invoice rules and validation system with versioned rules, canonical reports and regression evidence.

One operating environment, built around the outcomes
When an existing workflow becomes a constraint, Plutonus may build the tool it needs. Current examples include local-media-tooling for creative production, review-diff for focused review of AI-assisted changes, and lab-mcp for giving AI controlled access to relevant development context.
These tools support production, review and human oversight while the outcome remains more important than the toolchain.
